This collaboration of colourful mixed media and textured canvases was created in the moment. Art is an intuitive flow of energy.
It's been a real pleasure to create this colourful mishmash of works. I have synaesthesia which is where my senses and linked and meshed with colours. I can feel colours taste colours and see images within images and I have attempted to create tactile pieces of art works that share this a sympathetic experience.
My inspiration stems from nature and the joy of spring. I am driven by the positive energy and vibrancy of colour. Creating my artwork provides me with a healing and calming effect, which changes my emotions and enlivens my senses. Art is a very individual and personal concept, which I think starts in the heart and not the head, I believe everyone is capable of creativity
